Peter Newbegin serves as Impact & Improvement Director for the Cradle to Career Partnership, managing collaborative action by coordinating, coaching, and providing technical assistance to Change Networks and site-based project teams. Prior to joining United Way, Peter worked in education operations, streamlining processes to track student outcomes and facilities scheduling. Peter also worked for many years in refugee resettlement as an Economic Development Program Manager, helping newly resettled refugees gain economic self-sufficiency.
Peter is an avid baseball fan, Sci-Fi connoisseur, and enjoys woodworking and classical history. He has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Logistics from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management from the University of Southern California, along with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
