Malika Ghafour serves as Youth Engagement Coordinator for C2C. She is originally from Kabul, Afghanistan, and recently graduated from the University of Arizona with a master's degree in Public Administration (MPA), with a concentration in Nonprofit Management. In 2017, she graduated from Oberlin College as a Bonner Scholar with a bachelor’s degree in Gender and Women's studies and a minor in Middle Eastern and North African studies. After graduating from Oberlin, Malika worked with United Way of Greater Lorain, Ohio as a Youth Programs Coordinator. In 2018, she joined the University of Arizona and worked as a Teaching Assistant (TA) with the School of Government and Public Policy. Her work experience includes mentoring and serving youth and college students. Malika has always been very passionate about advocating for youth and refugees around the world and is excited to continue that work with the Cradle to Career Partnership.
