Allison Titcomb, Associate Vice President for Community Development at United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona, serves as the facilitator for the Kindergarten Readiness Change Network known as First Focus on Kids. She provides leadership and management support for First Focus on Kids and oversees grant-supported programming in early childhood, regional coordination, and other community development work.
Prior to this role, Allison has been a consultant working with local programs, community-based organizations and non-profits, governments, foundations and coalitions in strategic planning and evaluation.
Allison completed her Bachelor's and PhD at the University of Arizona. Her graduate work in Educational Psychology included memory and decision-making across the lifespan and Evaluation Methods. She has certifications in Human Systems Dynamics, Cognitive Coaching, Mediation, Facilitation, and Strengths-based career assessments. She also teaches part-time for the University of Arizona in Leadership, Advocacy & Community Building and Evaluation Methods.
